On the afternoon of February 20th, Shandong Jinbaite, together with Binzhou Technician College, held the opening ceremony for the company's new apprenticeship program in the training room on the second floor. Gao Yingmin, Deputy Director of the Industry-Education Integration Development Office of Binzhou Technician College, Xiao Jianfeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Cao Yimiao, a teacher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Zhang Qinghai, staff member of the Industry-Education Integration Development Office, were invited to attend and provide guidance. Li Bin, General Manager of Shandong Jinbaite Group, and He Cui, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, also participated in the opening ceremony.  

Gao Yingmin, Deputy Director of the Industry-Education Integration Development Office, and Cao Yimiao, teacher of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, introduced the background, significance, and training model of the "new enterprise apprenticeship system," respectively. They stated that the school will actively respond to the national call, with the purpose of serving employment and regional economic development, and take the initiative to ensure the success of the new enterprise apprenticeship training. They hope that the trainees will take this training as an opportunity to master the relevant skills through learning, better leverage their strengths, and drive and support the joint growth of both the company and its employees.
